We are seeking a motivated, creative, and customer-focused Retail Sales &amp; Design Associate to join our growing furniture and home accessories team. The ideal candidate is passionate about interior design, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Assist customers with furniture, d&eacute;cor, and accessory selections to create inspiring and functional spaces</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and design process</li>
<li>Maintain strong product knowledge of furniture collections, finishes, textiles, and accessories</li>
<li>Develop creative design solutions tailored to customer needs and preferences</li>
<li>Process sales transactions, special orders, and follow-up communications</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards</li>
<li>Support inventory management and administrative tasks as needed</li>
<li>Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals</li>
</ul>Qualifications<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>2+ years of sales experience in the design and/or home furnishings industry</li>
<li>Creative disposition with a passion for design, curiosity, and innovation</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with customers and team members</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure retail environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel</li>
<li>Experience with QuickBooks is a plus</li>
<li>Availability to work Saturdays as part of a retail schedule</li>
