Job Purpose and Role</b></h3><p>
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Operations Manager to be a hands-on sales person and help lead our sales team. An ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare technology and is driven to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Execute and oversee end to end sales process to position WRS Health capabilities using a consultative/solution selling approach</li><li>
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.</li><li>
Develop innovative strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion, utilizing insights from HubSpot CRM data and customer feedback.</li><li>
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data in HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Track sales-related discussions and next steps with prospective customers</li><li>
Maintain accurate data entry and track all sales activities within HubSpot CRM.</li><li>
Assist with the setup and optimization of automated workflows within HubSpot.</li><li>
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining sales achievements, challenges, market trends, and recommendations for growth.</li><li>
Oversee the development and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates on sales opportunities and activities</li><li>
Optimize the sales process and experience from pre-sale to post-sale.</li><li>
End-to-end management of revenue-generating partnerships, including pipeline development, sourcing (inbound, outbound, long-term strategic), deal viability evaluation, business term negotiations, and deal operationalizing.</li><li>
Actively engage with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence.</li><li>
Maintain a deep understanding of the consumer market, usage patterns and overall competitive landscape.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required. Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration is preferred.</li><li>
 With minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT preferably handling software or SaaS solutions</li><li>
Excellent track record in selling Software / SaaS solutions, preferably in Healthcare industry</li><li>
Proven experience in HubSpot, specifically in setting up sales workflows</li><li>
Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment</li><li>
Proven track record to meet and/or exceed business targets</li><li>
Knowledge of using social media platforms for customer acquisition</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making</li><li>
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results through collaboration and motivation.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels.</li></ul><p><br>
Location: Remote<br>
Hours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)</p><p>
