Job Purpose</b></h3><p>
WRS Health is seeking a strategic, technically fluent sales executive to lead our enterprise sales organization and Sales Engineering function. This executive will drive revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, and technical pre-sales execution while serving as the bridge between complex software capabilities and real-world healthcare operations.</p><p>
The ideal candidate has deep experience selling healthcare technology solutions&mdash;such as EHR/EMR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, or Health IT platforms&mdash;and the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful clinical, operational, and financial outcomes for healthcare organizations. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to accelerate WRS Health&rsquo;s growth across physician groups, specialty practices, and healthcare enterprises.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Sales Leadership</b></h4><ul><li>
Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.</li><li>
Lead, recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives.</li><li>
Establish forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, and performance metrics that improve revenue predictability.</li><li>
Build repeatable sales processes from prospecting through contract execution.</li><li>
Personally lead strategic enterprise opportunities and executive-level negotiations.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Sales Engineering, Healthcare Solution Consulting &amp; AI Technology</b></h4><ul><li>
Lead the Sales Engineering function supporting enterprise software sales.</li><li>
Translate WRS Health&rsquo;s technical capabilities into clear clinical, operational, and financial value for healthcare organizations.</li><li>
Oversee technical demonstrations, solution architecture discussions, interoperability assessments, and RFP responses.</li><li>
Support complex healthcare integration discussions involving APIs, HL7, FHIR, SSO, EHR integrations, and revenue cycle workflows.</li><li>
Position AI-powered capabilities as practical solutions for healthcare workflow automation and productivity, while implementing AI-assisted sales workflows across the organization.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Revenue Growth &amp; Operations</b></h4><ul><li>
Own qualified pipeline generation, sales conversion, forecasting accuracy, and enterprise revenue growth.</li><li>
Optimize CRM workflows, reporting, sales analytics, and operational dashboards.</li><li>
Develop account segmentation strategies, enterprise playbooks, and strategic partnership initiatives.</li><li>
Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and demand generation performance.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Executive &amp; Customer Engagement</b></h4><ul><li>
Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, physicians, administrators, IT leaders, and strategic partners.</li><li>
Present ROI-driven business cases that demonstrate measurable improvements in clinical workflows, operational efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.</li><li>
Represent WRS Health at industry conferences, customer events, executive briefings, and healthcare technology forums.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, with significant experience selling healthcare technology solutions.</li><li>
5+ years leading enterprise sales teams and Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales organizations.</li><li>
Demonstrated success selling SaaS platforms to healthcare organizations, including physician practices, specialty groups, MSOs, hospitals, or health systems.</li><li>
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, EHR/EMR systems, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance requirements.</li><li>
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate software architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, interoperability standards, and AI capabilities.</li><li>
Experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, OAuth, and SSO.</li><li>
Proven ability to build scalable sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and consistently exceed revenue targets.</li><li>
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and leveraging sales analytics to drive performance.</li><li>
Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.</li><li>
Masters in Business Administration, or Medical Degree (MD/DO) and other advanced degrees is preferred.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Success Metrics</b></h3><p>
Within the first 12 months, this leader will be expected to:</p><ul><li>
Increase enterprise pipeline generation and qualified opportunity volume.</li><li>
Improve sales conversion rates across the full enterprise sales funnel.</li><li>
Shorten enterprise sales cycles through stronger technical qualification and solution consulting.</li><li>
Build a scalable, high-performing Sales Engineering organization.</li><li>
Successfully implement AI-assisted sales workflows that improve productivity and forecasting accuracy.</li><li>
Expand WRS Health&rsquo;s presence within physician groups, specialty practices, and enterprise healthcare organizations.</li><li>
Strengthen collaboration between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.</li><li>
Achieve year-over-year revenue growth and establish a repeatable enterprise sales methodology.</li><li>
Improve forecast accuracy and overall revenue predictability.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
