The Opportunity</b></h4>
<p>
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <b>Systems Coordinator</b> to join our Contact Center Operations team. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the primary administrator for our core contact center technologies, while also managing small to medium-sized projects that drive operational efficiency and enhance the agent and customer experience.</p>

What You'll Do</b></h4>
<p><b>
Systems Administration &amp; Support (60%)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary system administrator for our contact center platforms, including our ACD/IVR system (e.g., Amazon Web Services, workforce management (WFM) software, and quality management (QM) tools, AI integrations).</li>
<li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and skill assignments remotely.</li>
<li>Configure and maintain call flows, IVR scripts, and routing strategies.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for contact center staff, escalating to vendors as needed.</li>
<li>Run and analyze system reports to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on new platform features and functionality, recommending enhancements to improve system performance.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Project Coordination &amp; Management (40%)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead small to medium-sized projects related to contact center technology and operations, such as system upgrades, new feature rollouts, or process improvements.</li>
<li>Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including IT, training, and leadership.</li>
<li>Facilitate virtual meetings, provide status updates, and manage project documentation.</li>
<li>Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure project goals were met and to identify lessons learned.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You Are</b></h4>
<ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 2+ years of experience in a systems administration or technical support role, preferably within a contact center environment.</li>
<li><b>Technical Skills:</b> Hands-on experience with at least one major contact center platform (e.g., Genesys Cloud, AWS).</li>
<li><b>Project Management:</b> Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a clear understanding of project management principles.</li>
<li><b>Analytical:</b> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li>
<li><b>Communication:</b> Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You're comfortable and effective working asynchronously.</li>
<li><b>Collaboration:</b> A team player who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h4>
<ul><li>Certification in a recognized project management methodology (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2).</li>
<li>Experience with AWS and AI Virtual Assistant platforms/flows is a plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM systems.</li>
<li>Understanding of Contact Center flows</li>

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead our compensation and benefits programs. This role is crucial in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent by ensuring our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our overall business objectives. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of all compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.</p>

<li><b>Strategy &amp; Design:</b></li>
<li><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the company's strategic goals and values.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and manage compensation programs (base pay, variable pay, long-term incentives) that are externally competitive and internally equitable.</li>
<li>Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits committee (health, welfare, retirement, time off) to ensure market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.</li>
<li>Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus calculations, and equity grants.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to total rewards, making recommendations for continuous improvement.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Program Management &amp; Administration:</b></li>
<li><ul><li>Oversee the administration of all benefits plans, including enrollment, claims resolution, and vendor management.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to enhance employee understanding and appreciation of total rewards programs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.</li>
<li>Support HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation and benefits-related issues, providing expert guidance and solutions.</li>

<li><ul><li>Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.</li>
<li>Prepare and present total rewards data, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Develop and track key total rewards metrics and dashboards to measure program effectiveness.</li>

</ul><p><b>Who you are</b></p>

<li><b>Education:</b></li>
<li><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Experience:</b></li>
<li><ul><li>8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.</li>
<li>Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing broad-based compensation and benefits programs.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and job evaluation techniques.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of various benefits plans, including health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefits.</li>
<li>Experience with Workday, HRIS systems and compensation management tools.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Skills:</b></li>
<li><ul><li>Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li>
