Are you what some folks call &quot;tech savvy?&quot; Are you interested in an IT career, but don't know where to start?Wyoming.com is growing and has openings for Technical Support Representatives.$12 to $13 per hour, plus Full-Time Benefits.Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:<ul><li>Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about their internet and or email issues.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, VOIP and Fax.</li><li>Identify and escalate customer internet connectivity issues by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.</li><li>Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.</li></ul>Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:<ul><li>Proper phone etiquette.</li><li>Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.</li><li>Effective listening skills.</li><li>Multi-tasking capabilities; being able to type and speak at same time.</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality</li><li>Maintains effectiveness when experiencing changes in personal work tasks or work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work processes, and requirements.</li><li>Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one&rsquo;s intentions and those of the organization..</li><li>Establishes proper courses of action to ensure that work product is completed efficiently and on time/within proper time limits.</li><li>Maintains stable performance under pressure; handles stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and to the organization.</li><li>Possesses, acquires, and maintains the technical expertise required to do the job effectively and to create effective customer solutions.
