We are seeking a Miami-based Procurement Agent to help procure and ensure timely fulfilment of all food, beverage, hotel, and medical supplies required by our company vessels at established global ports and dry dock projects.
<br><br>
<b>Responsibilities (Text Only):</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Manage global loading schedule and fulfilment of all food, beverage, and hotel provisions for three assigned vessels.</li>
<li>Secure competitive bids and negotiate contracts in alignment with hotel logistics budget and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned commodities within regional markets to source, negotiate and award market bids; providing regional guest experience, charter requirements, theme cruises and other special requests as assigned.</li>
<li>Manage vessel Quality & Discrepancy report, reconciling financials within established voyage period, coordinating corrective measures with vendors and vessel staff.</li>
<li>Manage order to delivery process for all purchase orders including vendor confirmation, delivery to consolidator, invoice pricing & specifications match prior to loading. Finalize validation and vessel receiving within 72 hours of delivery.</li>
<li>Process all vendor invoices, submitting to Accounts Payable as per defined process and within vendor terms; maintain detailed voyage files with auditable documentation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Director of Hotel Operations and Hotel General Manager to support onboard operations with purchasing standards, processes, and development.</li>
<li>Collaborate with onboard operations leadership to support and meet budgeted guidelines for all commodities.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain satisfactory relationships with vendors, service suppliers adhering to corporate objectives and ethics guidelines.</li>
<li>Plan and execute additional projects as assigned by supervisor.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<b>Qualifications (Text Only):</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree in Business or related field, and minimum 3 years of direct purchasing experience in the food & beverage industry.</li>
<li>Advanced skills with the Microsoft office suite, especially Word, Excel and purchasing/inventory tracking software. MXP system knowledge preferred.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills and experience in competitive bid process.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Ability to work well under pressure and manage timelines.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>CPM or Supply Chain certifications preferred.</li>
<li>International sourcing experience preferred.</li>
<li>Cruise Line industry experience preferred.</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance on assigned company fleet equipment with emphasis on safety and cost control.</li><li>
Oversee the mechanics to ensure jobs are completed on time and safely.</li><li>
Diagnose vehicle problems and perform corrective maintenance.</li><li>
Make road calls and be able to preform roadside maintenance and repairs.
</li><li>Contribute insight and suggestions into vehicle maintenance program.</li><li>
Complete accurate work orders showing labor and materials used to perform each job and input work order into the company&rsquo;s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
</li><li>Be able to order shop supplies and historic parts for the busses and fleet using the company&rsquo;s Purchase Ordering software.</li><li>
Remain current with industry standards.
</li><li>Interacts with all departments to provide necessary vehicle support.
</li><li>Personal safety and shop safety.</li><li>
Assist in other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision and leadership skills.</li><li>
Knowledgeable about vehicle repair techniques and have an extensive mechanical aptitude.
</li><li>Knowledge of DOT Regulations concerning the maintenance of a commercial fleet.
</li><li>Keep abreast of vehicle repair techniques for both fleet vehicles and commercial diesel trucks.
</li><li>Communication and organizational skills.
</li><li>Computer skills a plus.</li><li>
Must be at least 19 years of age and at least 21 years of age if you will be using a CDL in the scope of work.</li><li>
Previous experience with scan tools to diagnose vehicle issues.</li><li>
ASE Certification preferred.</li></ul><div>
Work Environment:
</div><ul><li>Garage environment with minimal office duties/responsibilities in an office environment. You may be exposed to loud noises, extreme heat or cold minimally throughout the year.</li></ul><div>
Supervisory Responsibility:
</div><ul><li>Minimal supervisory responsibility for seasonal mechanic(s) partnering with the Transportation Director and the Garage Manager.</li></ul><div>
Physical Requirements include:</div><ul><li>
Position requires a valid U.S. Driver's License (CDL preferred but not required).
</li><li>Must meet all DOT physical requirements and pass a DOT physical exam including a pre-employment drug screen and federally required random screens throughout the season.
</li><li>Compliance with the Xanterra Driver Safety Program and Policy.
</li><li>May be necessary to comfortably lift 75 lbs. on a periodic basis.
</li><li>Potentially required to stand, stretch, and bend continuously for up to a 10-hours a day.
</li><li>Periodically required to work in confined spaces (i.e. under vehicles) or in strenuous positions for various lengths of time throughout the day.</li></ul><div><i>
