Junior Accountant &ndash; Xtra Link TransportPosition OverviewThe Junior Accountant supports the Finance Department in daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions. The role focuses on maintaining proper documentation, supporting audits, and assisting with operational cost tracking, especially related to fleet, fuel, maintenance, and vendor payments.---## * Key Responsibilities*### *1. Daily Accounting Transactions*- Record all financial transactions in the accounting system (receipts, payments, invoices, petty cash).- Prepare and post journal entries under supervision.- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date ledgers for customers, suppliers, and internal accounts.### *2. Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable*- Assist in processing supplier invoices, verifying supporting documents, and preparing payment requests.- Follow up on customer payments and update aging reports.- Ensure proper reconciliation of supplier statements and customer accounts.### *3.
