We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in building construction projects to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage projects from initiation to handover</li><li>Lead and supervise site engineers, civil team, and labor workforce</li><li>Ensure timely completion of project milestones</li><li>Coordinate site logistics</li><li>Manage and monitor subcontractors</li><li>Conduct client meetings and resolve project-related issues</li><li>Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and authority inspections</li><li>Prepare and review progress reports and project schedules</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and approvals</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in the UAE construction industry</li><li>Must hold Dubai Municipality G + 12 Certificate</li><li>Valid Trakhees Cards &ndash; White, Orange &amp; Green</li><li>Certified for G + 1 Steel Structure from Dubai Municipality</li><li>Proven experience in managing villa and building projects</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>DM G+12 CERTIFICATION (Preferred)</li><li>DM G+1 STRUCTURAL CERTIFICATION (Preferred)</li><li>TRAKHEES CARD; WHITE/ORANGE/GREEN (Preferred)</li></ul>
