Major Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from commencement to completion.</li><li>Lead and supervise the entire site team, including: Site Engineers, Supervisors, Labor workforce, Subcontractors,</li><li>Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within the approved schedule and budget.</li><li>Attend site meetings and authority inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and codes.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and authorities.</li><li>Supervise and guide the BOQ and quantity take-off team.</li><li>Monitor procurement activities and follow up on timely material arrangements and deliveries to project sites.</li><li>Ensure proper manpower allocation and effective utilization of resources.</li><li>Review progress reports, variations, and project documentation.</li><li>Maintain quality standards and enforce safety requirements across all projects.</li><li>Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Drive projects toward successful and timely completion while maintaining client satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects in the UAE.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and project management.</li><li>Thorough understanding of requirements and regulations of all relevant authorities and approval agencies in the UAE.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience handling villa, residential, commercial, and fit-out projects in the UAE.</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, and other regulatory authority requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.</li></ul>LocationDubai : United Arab EmiratesOnly candidates with relevant UAE construction experience will be considered.Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
