As the Maintenance Supervisor, you&rsquo;ll be the cornerstone of keeping our student community running smoothly. With your in-depth knowledge of property maintenance, safety protocols, and facility upkeep, you&rsquo;ll lead your team to ensure our buildings and grounds are in top condition. Your expertise will enhance the living experience for our residents, providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment that supports the vibrant student life.</p>
Responsibilities:

</p><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical,</li><li>
High school graduate or equivalent,</li><li>
Minimum of one year supervisory experience, preferably in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations required.</li><li>
EPA type II and above certification <i>preferred</i></li><li>
Air conditioning and refrigeration certification by an EPA approved testing organization <i>preferred</i></li><li>
Pool maintenance certification, if required by local regulation <i>preferred</i></li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships</li><li>
Be proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems.</li><li>
Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll be doing!</div><br>

Supervise daily maintenance operations for the facility and grounds, ensuring high standards of service.</li><li>
Conduct inspections of all public areas, resident apartments, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to safety standards.</li><li>
Manage resident work orders and ensure timely completion for a positive resident experience.</li><li>
Coordinate with the general manager on all maintenance activities and report on progress.</li><li>
Implement safety training programs, including the use of safety equipment and maintaining MSDS records.</li><li>
Oversee and inspect the condition of plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC, and building structures.</li><li>
Supervise contracted work on the property, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.</li><li>
Create and maintain maintenance schedules, tracking productivity and managing labor costs.</li><li>
Maintain communication with vendors, order supplies, and verify deliveries for accuracy.</li><li>
Respond to maintenance emergencies and handle off-hours callbacks as needed.</li><li>
Monitor and safeguard property assets, including tools, equipment, and facilities.</li><li>
Participate in the hiring, training, and performance management of the maintenance team.</li><li>
Conduct safety meetings to review policies, procedures, and any relevant issues.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other state, federal, and local regulations.</li><li>

As a General Manager with Yugo, you&rsquo;ll be the heart and soul of our thriving community, driving success through your expertise in student engagement, leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, and more. You&rsquo;ll lead your team to deliver outstanding property performance, all while fostering an outstanding living experience that positively impacts every resident and contributes to the growth and success of our community.</p>
Responsibilities:

Experience within a fast paced, target driven environment with strong focus on sales and marketing

Create and implement marketing strategies to optimize occupancy and stay competitive in the market.</li><li>
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal through regular inspections and facilities management.</li><li>
Hire and manage contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with agreements and overseeing service quality.</li><li>
Assist in managing the budget, track financial performance, and address variances to achieve financial goals.</li><li>
Resolve resident issues and create a positive, welcoming community environment.</li><li>
Manage the &quot;turn&quot; process efficiently, including budgeting, vendor management, and staffing during unit turnovers.</li><li>
