<div>Ziegler Companies is seeking a Video and Digital Content Producer to develop and produce video, photography and digital content that supports Ziegler's brand, demand generation, customer experience and corporate communications objectives across all channels.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop scripts, storyboards and shot lists to plan video and photo production</li><li>
Produce and edit video content for campaigns, social media, recruiting, customer stories and thought leadership initiatives.</li><li>
Capture photography and video footage at customer locations, branches, events and job sites.</li><li>
Create motion graphics, short-form video and visual storytelling assets.</li><li>
Partner with Integrated Marketing and Corporate Communications to execute content calendars and campaign plans.</li><li>
Responsible for pre-production, production and post-production workflow</li><li>
Manage video production timelines, equipment, freelance talent and external production resources.</li><li>
Optimize digital content formats for web, social, email and paid media channels.</li><li>
Maintain organized content libraries and digital asset repositories.</li><li>
Track content performance and recommend improvements to engagement and reach</li><li>
Ownership of release forms, media permissions and asset tagging</li><li>
Accountability for captioning, accessibility, aspect-ratio versioning for social, web, email, paid media</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Video Production, Film, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or related field required; equivalent professional production experience and portfolio/reel may be considered</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of video production and content creation experience.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting and audio equipment in field and studio settings</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and related editing tools.</li><li>
Experience directing subjects/talent on shoots and managing production logistics</li><li>
Strong storytelling and visual communication capabilities.</li><li>
Experience creating content optimized for social, web and digital marketing channels.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.</li></ul>
Travel:<ul><li>
Up to 20%</li></ul>

The pay range for this position is
$64,400.00 to $77,250.00
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant&rsquo;s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:<ul><li>
