This is a hands-on role where you will personally own the day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions while coordinating delivery drivers and schedules. Position Overview</b></h4><p>
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for personally executing and owning all Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control activities for the business. This role is the go-to person for warehouse accuracy, product flow, and inventory integrity.</p>
<p>
In addition to handling warehouse operations directly, this position coordinates delivery drivers by organizing schedules, assigning routes, and helping ensure on-time deliveries.</p>
<p>
Success in this role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, persistent in solving problems, and always looking for smarter, better ways to operate.</p>

Key Responsibilities</p>

Shipping &amp; Receiving</b></h4><ul><li>
Personally receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments</li><li>
Put materials away accurately in designated warehouse locations</li><li>
Personally prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time</li><li>
Follow up on willcall orders and customer pickups</li><li>
Make local deliveries as needed</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Inventory Control</b></h4><ul><li>
Maintain accurate inventory in the ERP system</li><li>
Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes instead of applying quick fixes</li><li>
Conduct daily cycle counts</li><li>
Improve processes that reduce errors, waste, and recurring issues</li><li>
Keep production supplied by filling Kanban requests and maintaining stock levels</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Delivery Coordination</b></h4><ul><li>
Build and manage daily delivery schedules</li><li>
Coordinate driver workloads and route priorities</li><li>
Communicate delivery timing and updates with customers</li><li>

2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience</li><li>
Experience coordinating schedules, deliveries, or workflow preferred</li><li>
Strong computer skills and confidence with ERP systems (Epicor a plus)</li><li>
Comfortable with spreadsheets and data entry</li><li>
Basic math skills</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>
Forklift experience/certification preferred</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul><p>
