Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to generate qualified leads and book appointments in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate market. You will be the first point of contact and a key driver of sales performance.
Salary
AED 3,500 – 5,000 + performance-based incentives
Responsibilities
- High-volume outbound calling
- Qualify leads and book agent appointments
- Consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Accurate CRM updates
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Proven telemarketing or telesales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven, resilient, and disciplined
- CRM and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus
