AI Automation Engineer (Paid Internship)

Macoma General Trading Company, based in Ajman, is looking for a motivated AI Automation Engineer to join us as a paid intern. In this role, you will design and build automated workflows that streamline our day-to-day business processes, working closely with our team to identify opportunities for automation and implementing practical AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation

- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using AI tools and platforms

- Work with Claude and other AI tools to develop practical automation solutions

- Test and refine workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy

- Document processes and provide basic training to staff on new tools

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their operational needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (recent graduates welcome)

- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in AI and automation technologies

- Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools is highly preferred

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a non-technical team

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on, real-world business environment

This is a paid internship, ideal for a recent computer science graduate looking to gain practical, hands-on experience building real AI automation solutions for a growing trading company.

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
