AI Sign Language Avatar Specialist / Solution Provider for Arabic Digital Accessibility Platform

Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Avatar Specialist or Solution Provider to supply and integrate an AI-powered sign language avatar into a large-scale digital accessibility platform.

The solution will be integrated with approximately five enterprise applications and must support Arabic content and the sign language used and approved in Oman.

Scope of Work:

Provide an existing, production-ready AI sign language avatar solution.

Convert Arabic text and/or speech into sign language animations.

Support Omani-approved sign language, including the ability to customize or extend the sign-language dictionary.

Provide APIs or SDKs for integration with web applications, mainly Java-based systems.

Work with our AI, backend, frontend, and accessibility teams during integration.

Support human review, correction, and approval of translations by the client’s team.

Provide an administration interface or workflow for managing reviewed translations.

Support deployment and hosting within Oman, preferably on-premises or in-country cloud hosting.

Provide technical documentation, deployment guidance, training, and ongoing support.

Clearly specify all licensing, GPU, infrastructure, implementation, and annual support costs.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience with AI avatars, sign-language avatars, or accessibility technologies.

A working product or demonstrable prototype; we are not looking to build the avatar engine entirely from scratch.

Strong API/SDK integration capabilities.

Experience processing Arabic text and speech.

Ability to customize the solution for Omani sign language requirements.

Flexible deployment options, including private cloud or on-premises deployment.

Compliance with data-security and privacy requirements.

Ability to participate in a six-month implementation project.
