Job Summary
The Assistant Branch Manager (Virtual) assists in managing branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and helping lead a remote team. This role works closely with the Branch Manager to achieve business goals, maintain compliance, and promote operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, or video interactions.
- Assist with employee coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
- Help achieve sales, service, and productivity goals.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare reports and communicate branch performance updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Customer service, banking, retail, or management experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
