Job Summary


The Assistant Branch Manager (Virtual) assists in managing branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and helping lead a remote team. This role works closely with the Branch Manager to achieve business goals, maintain compliance, and promote operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, or video interactions.
  • Assist with employee coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Help achieve sales, service, and productivity goals.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare reports and communicate branch performance updates.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Customer service, banking, retail, or management experience.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
