Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and punctual Bike Rider to join our automotive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of car parts, accessories, tools, documents, and other company materials between suppliers, workshops, customers, and company branches. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Dubai roads, committed to safe driving practices, and capable of handling time-sensitive deliveries efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Logistics

• Pick up and deliver car parts, tools, accessories, documents, and other company materials to suppliers, workshops, customers, and company locations.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately, safely, and within the required timelines.
• Verify items before collection and delivery to ensure accuracy and prevent loss or damage.

Company Support

• Assist with company errands, including RTA-related tasks, document submissions, bank visits, and sourcing automotive parts when required.
• Support warehouse and purchasing teams with urgent collections and deliveries.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and customer service teams regarding delivery schedules and priorities.
• Maintain clear communication regarding delivery status and report any delays, damages, or operational issues promptly.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Ensure the company motorcycle is kept clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Follow all UAE traffic regulations and company safety policies at all times.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate daily delivery records and obtain required acknowledgements for completed deliveries when applicable.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License (Mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Bike Rider or Delivery Rider; automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and surrounding Emirates.
• Ability to use Google Maps and other navigation applications efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is an added advantage.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently.

Work Conditions

• 12-hour duty shift (including a 1-hour break)
• 2 days off per month
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• May be required to handle urgent or priority deliveries as business demands
