Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with resident care plans
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being
• Support residents' emotional, social, and physical needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Follow all state regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Uphold Avendelle's H.O.M.E. care values in every interaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional resident care

Required Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience
• North Carolina 80-Hour PCA Certificate or CNA Registration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to commute to Cary, NC 27511
• Passion for serving seniors with compassion and respect

Preferred Qualifications

• MedTech Credential strongly preferred
• CPR and/or First Aid Certification
• Two or more years of caregiving experience
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, home care, or senior living environments

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
