Chief of Staff (AI Operations & Content Lead)

Design how One looks, feels, and works. You will shape the brand and the product. Website, marketing, dashboards, developer tools. The work people see and the work people use. The bar is high. The work is visible.

You will:

• Own and evolve One’s visual identity across every surface.
• Design landing pages, decks, social, ads, events, and product marketing.
• Design interfaces for web apps, dashboards, and developer tools.
• Take messy technical workflows and make them feel inevitable.
• Build systems that keep brand and product consistent as we scale.
• Move from sketch to prototype to ship, fast.
• Work side by side with engineers so the final product matches the intent.

You should have:

• A portfolio that speaks for itself, across brand and product.
• Mastery of typography, layout, color, and composition.
• A deep sense for usability, accessibility, and craft.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design practice.
• The ability to simplify ruthlessly.
• Strong taste and stronger opinions.

Bonus:

• Motion, illustration, or 3D in your toolkit.
• Experience designing for AI, cloud, data, or developer products.
• You can read a bit of frontend code.

• We use Claude Code and similar agent harnesses every day. The best designers here go from idea to working prototype without waiting on engineering. Comfort building with AI is not optional.
