Claude Code Developer

LOCATION: CHENNAI

We are looking for a highly experienced Claude Code Developer who has hands-on experience using Claude Code to build, develop, debug, test, and deploy production-grade software applications.

This is not a role for someone experimenting with AI coding tools or learning on the job. We need a strong software developer who understands how to use Claude Code effectively in real-world development environments, including working with existing codebases, context management, AI-assisted coding, MCP tools, Claude Code workflows, debugging, testing, automation, and production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, modify, and deploy production-grade applications using Claude Code.
• Use Claude Code for software development, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and code optimization.
• Develop and maintain Claude Code Skills, commands, workflows, and reusable development tools.
• Build and maintain MCP servers, MCP tools, connectors, and integrations for Claude Code workflows.
• Work with existing codebases and understand application architecture, dependencies, business logic, and development workflows.
• Integrate applications with platforms such as ServiceM8, Xero, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Wunderbuild, and other client applications.
• Create REST API integrations, authentication layers, OAuth integrations, webhooks, and middleware services.
• Use Claude Code to investigate bugs, identify root causes, implement fixes, and validate solutions.
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Deliver solutions from technical specifications with minimal supervision and contribute to improving AI-assisted software development workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in software development with hands-on experience using Claude Code for real-world projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js and/or Python, with strong understanding of modern software development practices.
• Strong understanding of Claude Code, AI-assisted software development, context management, and effective prompting for coding workflows.
• Experience building and working with MCP servers, MCP tools, Claude Code Skills, commands, or similar AI development integrations.
• Strong experience with third-party API integrations, OAuth, webhooks, authentication flows, and REST-based architectures.
• Ability to independently design, build, test, debug, and deploy solutions from technical specifications.
• Strong experience with Git and GitHub-based development workflows, including version control and code reviews.
• Experience with cloud-based application deployments using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Ability to critically review, test, and validate AI-generated code and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
