Clinical Program Coordinator/Phone Call Supervisor

The Sleep Program Coordinator / Telephone Operator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily coordination of the Sleep Medicine Program while supervising the telephone operator team to ensure exceptional patient access, timely scheduling, insurance authorization, and outstanding customer service.

This position serves as the central point of communication between patients, physicians, referring providers, insurance companies, sleep laboratory staff, and durable medical equipment (DME) providers. The coordinator ensures patients move efficiently through the diagnostic and treatment process while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

The Telephone Operator Supervisor is responsible for monitoring telephone performance, coaching staff, ensuring prompt call answering, maintaining quality standards, and improving patient satisfaction.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
