, is engaged with a
leading bank
in the KSA region and is seeking to onboard a
Cobranded Cards Product Management Specialist
to drive the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of the client's cards portfolio, covering both core and co-branded products, with a focus on delivering sustainable revenue growth, improved customer engagement, and portfolio profitability while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
The role includes end-to-end ownership of product strategy and execution - from defining CVPs and launching products to optimizing performance - alongside managing co-brand partnerships, fulfilling contractual obligations, and maximizing sponsorship value through integrated product and marketing strategies, while acting as a central coordinator across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Support in managing the relationship with the sponsorship partner

Support in ensuring contractual obligations is fulfilled, including branding exposure, asset utilization, and milestone delivery.

Facilitate steering committees and milestone meetings with senior management to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Lead the design and rollout of innovative card products tailored to market needs.

Define product value propositions (CVPs) and pricing strategies.

Guide and support in executing strategies aimed at generating revenue through products in alignment with consumer banking strategy

Supports the commercialization of new products and launch of new products and solutions, by recommending pricing, providing sales tools and training the sales team to ensure knowledge transfer resulting in successful sales in partnership with acquisitions

Manage integration with card processing systems, switches, and vendors.

Provide technical support for card applications and resolve operational issues

Ensure seamless delivery of regulatory changes and compliance adherence

Identify opportunities to activate sponsorship assets (e.g., branding rights, experiences) across cardholder segments.

Develop compelling campaign concepts that integrate sponsorship elements to boost card usage and engagement.

Prepare business cases, creative briefs, and customer communication plans for each campaign

Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs (e.g., spend uplift, activation rates, engagement metrics).

Coordinate with analytics teams to extract insights and optimize future campaigns.
Knowledge and Experience
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of card payments, processing systems, and regulatory environments.
-
10 to 15 years of proven experience in product development, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
