About Us

Soft Serve Parts is one of the largest online suppliers of commercial soft serve machine parts in the country. We serve thousands of restaurants, ice cream shops, frozen yogurt stores, concession stands, and service companies.

We're looking for someone creative who enjoys making videos, taking great product photos, and creating content that actually helps customers.

No knowledge of soft serve equipment is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is creating content.

Examples include:

• Photograph new products
• Produce product videos
• Film machine repairs and troubleshooting
• Edit short-form videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Create educational posts for social media
• Update Shopify product pages with improved images and videos
• Design simple graphics in Canva or Photoshop
• Help build our YouTube channel
• Turn technical explanations into engaging customer content
• Occasionally assist with email marketing and website content

Every week you'll be creating content that helps customers solve problems and choose the right parts.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys photography and videography
• Has a good eye for detail
• Loves creating content
• Can edit video efficiently
• Is organized and self-motivated
• Is comfortable learning technical products
• Enjoys figuring out how things work
• Takes pride in producing polished work

Experience With

Preferred but not required:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• Photoshop
• Lightroom
• Canva
• Shopify
• YouTube
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
