Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, handling communications via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the most appropriate solution.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
* Process customer accounts, file documents, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to find effective solutions and improve the overall customer experience.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute ideas for improvement.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar client-facing position.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
* A patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
* Proficiency with computers and an ability to learn new software quickly.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
