Position Overview

FuentesCorp is seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Customer assistance: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

* Issue resolution: Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to customer concerns.

* Product knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of FuentesCorp’s products and services.

* Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

* Team collaboration: Partner with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

* Customer satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service that enhances customer loyalty and retention.

 

Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

* Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
