You would be joining at a relatively early stage of that trajectory. For the right person, this is a chance to build something from the ground up inside a business that is scaling fast.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career as a Data Centre Engineer, working alongside experienced engineers to learn how to maintain the M&E infrastructure that keeps our facility running at 100% uptime - from critical power and cooling systems to small-power, lighting, and general facilities.
Alongside your studies, you'll get hands-on, practical experience with data cabling, testing, and fault-finding, as well as customer onboarding and project work. You’ll be building the real skills you need to grow into a fully qualified engineer.
This is a full-time apprenticeship, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the expectation to join the on-call rota once you're fully qualified.
