We are looking for a Data Scientist to help power the next generation of digital financial services.

This role sits at the intersection of Data, Product, Customer Growth, Payments, Automation and AI , transforming data into business outcomes that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.

What You'll Own

• Build scalable analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Deliver customer, product, and transaction insights.
• Develop segmentation, lifecycle, and behavioral analytics.
• Automate reporting and business processes.
• Strengthen fraud, risk, and operational monitoring.
• Enable data-driven decision making across the business.
• Explore and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases.

What We're Looking For

• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple business insights.

Bonus Points

• FinTech, Banking, Payments, Telecom, or Digital Product experience.
• Customer analytics, fraud analytics, or transaction analytics experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Machine Learning, or AI.
