Delivery Rider / Takeaway Staff Required – Fast Food Restaurant

About the Role

GIMME is looking for responsible, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Delivery Rider / Takeaway Staff. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering orders on time, handling takeaway customers professionally, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
• Ensure orders are checked and packed correctly before delivery.
• Handle takeaway orders and assist customers at the counter.
• Collect payments from customers when required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch and kitchen teams for efficient order handling.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines during deliveries.
• Keep delivery bags, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, policies, and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Matric qualification.
• Valid motorcycle driving license (for Delivery Rider position).
• Own motorcycle preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Rawalpindi and Islamabad routes.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
• Honest, punctual, and reliable.
