DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

📍 Dresden, Germany (Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site)

The role is under Arbeitnehmeruberlassung contract

The role requires business fluency in German and English.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud and on-premise environments.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with software development teams to improve deployment and release processes.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues while driving continuous improvement.
• Promote DevOps best practices across development teams.

Your Profile

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Good understanding of Linux, scripting (Bash, Python), and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1) and good English communication skills are required.
