About the Role

CyberToss Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to join our international projects team.

Candidates with internship, freelance or practical experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Shopify, WordPress, E-commerce or Data Research are encouraged to apply. Freshers with good practical knowledge and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.
• Assist with Social Media Management, content planning and audience engagement.
• Monitor basic social media performance and analytics.
• Manage Shopify product listings, pricing and inventory updates.
• Assist with WordPress/WooCommerce website and content updates.
• Conduct product research, online research and business/lead research for US/UK markets.
• Maintain databases and perform basic MS Excel / Google Sheets tasks.
• Work with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM and AI tools.
• Assist with basic Meta Ads / Google Ads activities.

Eligibility & Skills

• Any Graduate – Arts, Commerce or Science.
• Internship or practical experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Shopify or Data Research is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant practical knowledge can apply.
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic Canva and online research skills.
• Willingness to learn and work onsite.

Good to have: Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, CRM, Lead Generation, Google Analytics or E-commerce experience.
