Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current Minnesota Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• (Lash Technician licenses alone do not qualify for this position.)
• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Is dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Enjoys working collaboratively with a team
• Takes pride in providing exceptional client experiences
• Is coachable and committed to continuous improvement
• Is comfortable building long-term relationships with clients

Experience with lash extensions is wonderful but not required. We provide extensive training for the right person with the right attitude.

Schedule

This position is approximately 25–30 hours per week and generally includes:

• Tuesday through Saturday
• Afternoon and evening weekday shifts (salon closes at 8:00 PM)
• Saturdays (9:00 AM–1:00 PM)

Applicants should be available for this schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, brow tinting, facial waxing, and related esthetic services
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through checkout
• Educate clients on aftercare and retail products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Assist with salon cleanliness and daily operations
• Contribute positively to our team culture and support fellow artists
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing education
