Family Practice Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (FNP, PA-C)

Full-time Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C, FNP) A family practice clinic located in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood is seeking a full-time Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a small, family-oriented practice, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with physicians and patients while gaining a diverse range of experience in patient care.

Responsibilities: We are seeking a healthcare professional who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to all patients under physician supervision as necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties include performing physical exams, recording medical histories, accurately diagnosing patients, instructing patients and families on medication and treatment plans, reviewing test results, maintaining patient charts and documentation. Continuity of care for patients is a must.

MUST be able to work INDEPENDENTLY in a fast pace environment

MUST be able to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
