Join our team as a FedEx Delivery Driver, serving the O'Fallon, St. Peters, Chesterfield and Ballwin areas. You'll work independently, stay active throughout the day, and become part of a team that values accountability, consistency, and professional growth.

Previous delivery and box truck driving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn and work hard.

Position Highlights

• Starting Pay: $900 per week during training. Once training is complete - $1,000 per week
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus available after completion of probationary period
• Multiple performance reviews during your first year
• Pay increases based on performance, consistency and reliability

• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts at time-and-a-half pay

What to Expect

• Deliver packages safely and efficiently throughout your assigned route
• Work independently while remaining part of a supportive team
• Stay active throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
• Typical start time between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM
• Most drivers finish their day between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM

Schedule Options

FULL-TIME 5 DAY WORK WEEK:

• Sunday through Thursday (off Friday and Saturday)
• Tuesday through Saturday (off Sunday and Monday)
• Split 5-Day Schedule (based on availability; premium pay available on qualifying shifts)

FULL-TIME 4 DAY WORK WEEK:

• Friday through Monday (premium pay opportunities)
• Split 4-Day Schedule (based on availability; premium pay available on qualifying shifts)

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Class E Driver's License (minimum requirement)
• Clean driving record
• Pass background check, DOT physical, drug screening and TSA security clearance requirements
• Able to safely lift, move, and deliver packages throughout the day
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
