Female Recovery Officer – Real Estate

Al Ghafoor Group, a leading real estate organization in Karachi, is looking for a dedicated and professional Female Recovery Officer to join our team at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch.

Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Salary Package:
PKR 30,000 – 45,000

Full-Time

Working Hours:
11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekly Off:
Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers regarding pending installments and outstanding payments.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Ensure timely recovery of payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Update recovery records and prepare daily follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts departments regarding customer payment status.
• Handle customer queries related to payment schedules, installment plans, and account information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery activities.
• Ensure recovery targets are achieved within assigned timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recovery, Collections, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Real Estate.
• Real Estate industry experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer dealing skills.
• Professional and presentable personality.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recovery targets.
• Candidates residing in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal will be preferred.
