Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd. This is a Full-Time position based in Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting our extensive range of jewellery manufacturing tools and equipment. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by actively engaging with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and present our products and solutions effectively.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide technical information on our range of machinery, tools, and consumables.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise sales revenue and profitability.
• Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the B2B sector.
• Familiarity with the jewellery manufacturing industry or a related technical field is highly advantageous.
• A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the Mumbai region.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
