Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business through referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist clients with life insurance, retirement planning, and income strategies
• Review existing policies and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
• Collaborate with experienced advisors on case design and client strategies
• Ensure all activities meet state insurance and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Licensed Life Insurance Agent (preferred) or willingness to obtain quickly
• Sales, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Licenses (Preferred, Not Required)

• Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
• Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65) (Plus)
