Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fine Art Reproduction & Graphic Production Specialist to join our Los Angeles team. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong Photoshop skills, color management knowledge, hands-on print production experience, and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work directly with artists, designers, photographers, and business clients to ensure every project exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and optimize artwork files using Adobe Photoshop.
• Perform advanced color correction and image retouching.
• Create and maintain color-accurate reproductions of original artwork.
• Operate large-format printers and associated finishing equipment.
• Print on canvas, fine art papers, vinyl, photographic media, and specialty substrates.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure color consistency and production accuracy.
• Handle trimming, mounting, laminating, stretching canvas, and other finishing processes.
• Work directly with customers to understand project requirements and recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication, responsiveness, and problem solving.
• Assist customers with artwork preparation, production recommendations, and product selection.
• Maintain organized digital file structures and production records.
• Assist with general graphic production and fabrication projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine art reproduction, photographic printing, prepress, graphic production, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of color management, ICC profiles, and color calibration workflows.
• Experience operating large-format printers and RIP software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Onyx, Caldera, EFI Fiery, or similar RIP software.
• Experience scanning original artwork and preparing museum-quality reproductions.
• Familiarity with Canon, Epson, HP, or similar professional printing systems.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat.
• Signage, wall graphics, vehicle graphics, or large-format production experience.
