Freelance Personal Injury Attorney (California Licensed)

Job Overview
Our law firm is seeking a Personal Injury freelance attorney licensed in California to assist with reviewing documents prepared by our paralegal/case manager. This is a remote, contract-based role focused on review and editing only — no drafting required.

Responsibilities

• Review discovery responses and propounded discovery
• Edit pleadings, demands, and other case-related documents
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to paralegal/case manager
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all documents
• Maintain consistent communication and updates with our team

Qualifications:

• Active California bar license (required)
• Civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal writing and editing skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Excellent communication and responsiveness
• Ability to work independently on a freelance basis

Compensation:

• $85/hour.
• Flexible workload based on case needs
