Full-Time Hospice Social Worker

Holy Family Hospice is in need of a Full-Time Social Worker. LISW or MSW. Monday-Friday, 1st shift. Experience with Hospice, experience in Home Health Care a plus but not required. Must be dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life services for clients/families.

Qualifications:
- Valid Social work license
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
