Groundsman for Landscaping

Responsibilities: DRIVER LICENSE IS A MUST.....

-We are looking for team members who have not only experience with mowing lawns and laying Sod, Mulch, and Rock, but also have a hard-working ethics. To join our Team you must have a Valid D/L, able to drive a Truck and Trailer, Experience with all hand tools and Equipment including Zero turn Mowers.

- During the first 30 days this will be a training/Evaluation period starting pay could increase.

This position has the potential to lead the qualified team member into a Forman role.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete landscaping tasks.
- Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of the grounds
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in landscaping.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques and plant maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Note: After 30 days the following benefits will include: 35 guaranteed hours during the winter months, 2 days Paid off for Thanksgiving,1 week Paid off Christmas and 3 Personal days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
