What You'll Do:

• Assist customers in selecting high-quality furniture and home décor
• Provide expert guidance and personalized service throughout the sales process
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction
• Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and trends
• Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal and brand standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Use technology to enhance the customer experience and improve workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in home furnishings or a similar field
• Computer literate and comfortable with modern technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for quoting and financing
• Energetic, driven, and goal-oriented personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Weekend and holiday availability
