Home Health Aide

HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) / PERSONAL CARE AIDE (PCA)

Positions Available:

• Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Pay: $20.82/Hour - $21.69/Hour

We are hiring compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to provide quality care and support to clients. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and committed to helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Home Health Aide certification required
• Certification must be obtained through one of the following:
• NYS Department of Health or NYS Education Department approved Home Health Aide Training Program
• Approved Home Health Aide Competency Evaluation Program
• Approved Personal Care Aide Upgrade Program

Required Skills:

• Must meet applicable health requirements to provide client services
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and care teams
• Ability to read, understand, and follow care instructions
• Ability to safely use required equipment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing client needs and schedules

PERSONAL CARE AIDE (PCA) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful completion of a Personal Care Aide Training Program approved by NYS Department of Health or NYS Education Department
• OR
• Graduate of an approved Alternative Competency Demonstration (ACD) program

Required Skills:

• Must meet applicable health requirements to provide client services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow client care instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing schedules
• Ability to use required equipment safely
