Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Independent Contractor – Redondo Beach, CA

About Us:
At DNPT Physical Therapy Group, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home physical therapy services to patients in Redondo Beach, CA and surrounding communities.

We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants who are available to provide home health services in the Redondo Beach area.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the State of California
• Current CPR certification (online certifications not accepted)
• Valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality in-home physical therapy services.
• Deliver patient-centered care to improve mobility, safety, functional performance, and overall quality of life.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility strategies, fall prevention, and safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and participate in case conferences.
• Ensure patient safety while providing compassionate and professional care.

Experience:

• Home health experience preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
• Experience in adult rehabilitation, therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, functional mobility, and home safety assessments is a plus.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Independent Contractor (PT or PTA)
• Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week

Compensation:

• Competitive pay: $50–$125 per hour (depending on discipline and experience)
