Responsibilities

• Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, with precision and care
• Sort laundry items by fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and supplies
• Conduct quality checks on finished laundry items to meet hotel standards for presentation and hygiene

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of laundry techniques, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $8.50 - $11.00 per hour
