Freedom Senior Services is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Remote HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations across the organization. This role plays a key part in onboarding, compliance, employee communication, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable managing HR processes in a fully remote environment.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Assist with posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding activities such as background checks, credential verification, and training setup.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare HR reports, track employee attendance, and support performance review processes.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, and internal communications.
Collaborate with HR leadership to improve workflows, documentation, and employee experience.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
1–3+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or related support roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and digital communication tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a secure, private workspace.
Experience supporting remote teams or multi‑state HR operations.
Familiarity with onboarding healthcare or senior‑care professionals.
Knowledge of employment laws, credentialing, or background screening processes.
Ability to create HR documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
Requires consistent availability for virtual meetings, employee support, and administrative tasks.
