Hot & Cold Air Co. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, values honesty, and is committed to delivering top-notch service to customers. What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Accurately identify system issues and provide repair recommendations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners.
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment replacements and installations as workload requires.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Represent Hot & Cold Air Co. professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation practices preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.

This position will mainly be responsible for HVAC service & diagnostic but will require assisting with installations depending on scheduling and workload needs.
