Due to continued growth across both our SEAL-A-DECK and REDNOSE Holiday Lights & Décor divisions, we are currently hiring 2-3 Sales Consultants to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or a driven individual with a proven track record of success, we're looking for people who are excited to grow personally, professionally, and financially.

What You'll Do

This is a relationship-focused sales role combining:

• Inside Sales
• Outside Sales
• Account Management
• Business Development

Approximately:

• 80% Office-Based
• 20% Field-Based

You'll spend your time:

• Following up on company-generated leads
• Conducting discovery calls
• Preparing and presenting proposals
• Managing opportunities in HubSpot CRM
• Building relationships with homeowners and commercial clients
• Networking and developing referral partnerships
• Attending trade shows and community events
• Nurturing long-term customer relationships

• 3+ Years of Sales Experience

Year 1: $90,000-$125,000+

Year 2: $125,000-$225,000+
