IT Manager/ Network Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager / Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations, and providing technical support to staff. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and security solutions.
• Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Oversee IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as required.
• Plan and execute IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migration, and network enhancements.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), Windows/Linux servers, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking devices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs105,000.00 per month
