Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated and confident Call Center Agents for our USA-based outbound campaigns. This is a night shift role focused on sales and customer engagement with excellent earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to international (USA) customers
• Promote and sell products/services based on campaign requirements
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Follow call scripts while being able to handle objections
• Accurately record customer information and call details in CRM
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken)
• Confidence in handling international clients
• Ability to work night shifts (mandatory)
• Sales experience in call centers (preferred but not required)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and hardworking attitude

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
