Lady receptionist for medical center in Ajman

We are seeking a professional and friendly Female Medical Receptionist/Cashier to join our medical center in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling registrations, processing payments, maintaining cash records, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Register new patients and update patient records accurately.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details when required.
  • Collect consultation and treatment fees, process cash/card payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain daily cash collections, reconcile payments, and prepare end-of-day cash reports.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff regarding patient appointments.
  • Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Female candidate.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, cashier, or customer service representative (medical/dental clinic experience preferred).
  • Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance procedures is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Willing to work split shifts or flexible hours as required by the medical center.
