Landscape/Snow Removal Account Manager

US Snow Pros is a national exterior facility services provider specializing in commercial snow and ice management, landscape maintenance, and property services throughout the United States. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Landscape/Snow Removal Account Manager to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic role where you will work directly with commercial clients, service partners, and internal operations teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term account success.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property and facility management clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Present additional services and identify opportunities to grow accounts

Account Development

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized service solutions and proposals
• Assist with pricing and contract discussions

Operations & Quality Control

• Coordinate with crews and service partners to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor property conditions and provide updates to clients
• Help resolve service concerns quickly and professionally
• Support account planning and operational improvements

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account records and activity tracking
• Submit weekly progress and performance reports
• Manage information within company software systems
• Meet deadlines and support operational goals

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in Commercial Property Management, Facility Services, Commercial Landscape Management, Snow and Ice Management, or a related field
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
