lead Host/Hostess

We are looking for a friendly and organized Lead Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that all customers have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and maintaining the flow of guests into the restaurant while providing good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or take reservations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Monitor the waiting list
• Ensure guests are seated promptly and in a timely manner.
• Provide guests with information about menu specials or promotions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor throughout the shift.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Must be able to answer phones, take orders, handle cash transactions, and be personable.

*Must be able to work some Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Mid-day to early/late evening.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
